Why two plumbers started a water heater company
Tyler and Cam both grew up around construction and plumbing. Tyler learned the trade from an early age. Cam learned it working alongside his father. Both went on to years of residential and industrial plumbing work.
On those jobs they kept seeing the same thing. Homeowners were paying too much for water heater work, and often getting little explanation for it. Tyler had already owned and run a plumbing company of his own.
“Honest repairs and dependable service, from our family to yours.”
So they built a company that does one thing. They buy water heaters and parts in bulk from a small group of manufacturers, and they carry only the tools this work needs. That keeps the price down, and every job is still done by an owner.

Questions about how we work
Yes. The Water Heater Bros is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under AZ ROC 363269. You can check that number on the state's website anytime. Tyler and Cam, the two owners, do the work themselves, so the licensed people you hire are the ones who show up.
Yes. Every install comes with the manufacturer warranty, and Tyler and Cam stand behind their workmanship. Coverage differs by brand and model, so they explain what your warranty covers before the install begins. That way you know what is protected and what to keep on file.
You get a free quote by phone for many jobs, and clear pricing after an inspection before any work starts. Prices stay lower because they bulk order heaters and parts from a small group of makers and only buy the tools water heater work needs.
