Water Heater Replacement in Desert Ridge
Tank, tankless or heat pump heaters, sized for your household and installed by the owners.
Desert Ridge, Phoenix · Maricopa County
We repair, replace and maintain water heaters in Desert Ridge, the master-planned area of north Phoenix around Loop 101 and Tatum Boulevard. Tyler and Cam, the two owners, do every job.
Desert Ridge was built from the late 1990s onward, so many of its first water heaters have reached or passed the 10-year mark. Builder-grade tanks often wear out around then. A free inspection shows whether yours has life left or is ready to be replaced.

Most Desert Ridge homes are master-planned, with the water heater in the garage. That makes the unit easy to reach, but north Phoenix garages get very hot in summer. Heat wears on thermostats, gas valves and seals, so failures here often show up in the hottest months.
Newer sections like Sky Crossing have more recent heaters, while parts of Aviano and Fireside are older. Bigger floor plans mean long pipe runs, and recirculation pumps are common. Hard water reaches those pumps and heaters alike, so yearly maintenance pays off.
Many original builder heaters here are due. We replace them in two to four hours.
We repair or replace the pump that speeds hot water to far bathrooms.
Bulk buying and a focused tool set keep our prices lower.

Check its age on the label first. If it is past 10 years, or you see rust, moisture or hear rumbling, it is worth an inspection. We look at it free. If a flush or a new part will buy more time, we tell you that honestly.

It can be. A regular anode rod slowly dissolves to protect the tank, and hard water speeds that up. A powered anode uses a small current and does not wear away, so it does not need regular swaps. Installing one takes about 30 minutes.
No pressure and no obligation. Tyler or Cam will check your heater and tell you clearly what they find. Mon–Sat, 8 AM–5 PM.
