Water Heater Replacement in Glendale
Tank, tankless or heat pump heaters, sized for your household and installed by the owners.
Glendale · Maricopa County
We repair and replace water heaters across Glendale, from historic Catlin Court near downtown to Arrowhead Ranch in the north. Tyler and Cam, the owners, handle every job themselves.
Glendale's older core and its newer north side need different things. Older homes often have tight closet installs and aging gas connections. Newer homes up north mostly need regular flushing. Either way, we start with a free inspection and a clear explanation.

Homes near Historic Downtown Glendale and Catlin Court are some of the oldest in the West Valley. Heaters there may sit in a closet, utility room or small garage, with venting and gas lines from an earlier era. We check those connections closely before fitting a new unit.
North Glendale, around Arrowhead Ranch, has newer homes with garage installs. Those garages trap a lot of summer heat. Hard water is the same story as the rest of the Valley, so sediment and anode wear are the usual suspects when a heater starts popping or smelling odd.
We repair all major brands, so you are not pushed into a new unit.

Usually, yes, but we check first. Newer tanks can be a little larger, and older venting or gas lines may need updates. During a free inspection we measure the space and look at the connections. Then we give you a clear price before any work starts.
That smell often comes from the anode rod reacting with minerals and bacteria in the tank. It is common in hard water areas like Glendale. A flush and a new anode, or a powered anode that does not dissolve, often clears it up. We test before we suggest anything.
