Water Heater Replacement in Laveen
Tank, tankless or heat pump heaters, sized for your household and installed by the owners.
Laveen, Phoenix · Maricopa County
We repair, replace and maintain water heaters in Laveen, Phoenix, the southwest village west of South Mountain along the Loop 202. Tyler and Cam, the two owners, do every job themselves.
Laveen was farm and dairy country until the 2000s, when subdivisions began to replace the fields. That means most homes are fairly new, and many original builder heaters are now hitting the age where problems start. Catching wear early can save you a bigger repair.

Most Laveen homes were built in the 2000s and 2010s, with the water heater in the garage. Builder-grade tanks often reach the 10-year mark without any maintenance. By then, hard water sediment has usually built up, and you may hear popping or notice hot water running out sooner.
Laveen also has older rural properties on larger lots that predate the subdivisions. Those homes can have heaters in sheds, utility rooms or other outbuildings. We check the setup on site and give honest advice for your property.
Original builder tanks reaching their limit? We replace most in two to four hours.
Never flushed your tank? A first flush can clear years of hard-water sediment.

Not usually. A first flush on an older tank can still clear a lot of sediment. If buildup is heavy, we may suggest checking the drain valve and anode too. We tell you what we find. If the tank is leaking or badly rusted, we explain your replacement options.
Yes. We work across Laveen, from Rogers Ranch and Cheatham Farms to Laveen Meadows and Dobbins Point, along with the rest of Phoenix. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM Arizona time. Call or text to set up a time.
It is worth a look. Heat pump heaters pull warmth from the air, and Laveen garages are warm most of the year. They need room and airflow. We check your space first. Ask your utility, such as APS or SRP, about current rebates before deciding.
No pressure and no obligation. Tyler or Cam will check your heater and tell you clearly what they find. Mon–Sat, 8 AM–5 PM.
