Water Heater Replacement in Paradise Valley
Tank, tankless or heat pump heaters, sized for your household and installed by the owners.
Paradise Valley · Maricopa County
We service water heaters in the Town of Paradise Valley, between Camelback and Mummy Mountain. Large custom homes here often run more than one heater, and Tyler and Cam handle each one themselves.
Homes on one-acre lots spread out, and hot water has a long way to travel. We look at the whole setup: each heater, the recirculation pump and the expansion tank. Then we tell you which parts need work now and which can wait.

Heat pump water heater installs and replacements, with honest advice on space, airflow, noise and long-term running costs.
Yearly tank flushes, tankless descaling, anode checks, powered anode upgrades and safety valve tests to help your heater last longer.
The Town of Paradise Valley is mostly custom homes on large lots. Many have more than one water heater, sometimes in separate garages or mechanical rooms. Each unit ages on its own, so one may need a flush while another is near the end of its life.
Long runs between the heater and the far wings of a home make recirculation pumps common here. These pumps work hard in hard water. Scale and wear can make them noisy or slow, and a yearly check keeps hot water arriving quickly at every tap.
We inspect every heater in the house, not only the one that stopped working.
No charge to check your existing heaters, with honest advice and no obligation.
Tyler and Cam do the work, so you know exactly who is in your home.
Most standard installs take two to four hours. Tankless can take longer.

Not always. We check each unit's age, condition and sediment level during a free inspection. If one is still healthy, a flush may give it more years. If both are near the end, doing them together can save a second visit. We explain the options and let you decide.
The town may require a permit for some water heater jobs. We do not guess. We will tell you if your job needs one before any work begins. We are licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under AZ ROC 363269.
Yes. Recirculation pump repair or replacement usually takes about an hour. If hot water is slow to reach a far bathroom, the pump, its timer or a check valve may be the cause. We test the loop and tell you clearly what failed.
No pressure and no obligation. Tyler or Cam will check your heater and tell you clearly what they find. Mon–Sat, 8 AM–5 PM.
